You now have the opportunity to ask ELVIDA directly – and in a very straightforward way! The answers are based solely on your own ELVIDA data, so you can be sure you’re getting the most accurate information.

Examples of questions:

• "When does my insurance expire?"
• "What contracts do I have?"

Note: ELVIDA Assist does not provide legal or tax advice, but simply helps you keep track.

🔎 Smarter Search

The search in ELVIDA is now even smarter! The search field distinguishes between searches and questions.

• Questions: If you type a question (e.g., "How...", "Which...", or "?"), you’ll go directly to ELVIDA Assist.
• Keywords: When entering keywords, you search your documents as usual.

Customized placeholders:

• Pro users can search in full text and ask ELVIDA Assist.
• All other users search by title, folder, or tag.

📦 New: Archive Documents

Another great new feature: You can now archive documents and retrieve them again!

How does it work?

• Archiving is only possible when document type, life area, and date are assigned – this keeps things organized.
• With "Retrieve from Archive," you can restore documents at any time.
