1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ELVIDA platform (elvida.app and app.elvida.app), operated by C. Camenzind GmbH, Furrenstrasse 5, 6442 Gersau, Switzerland ("we"/"us"). By creating an account, you accept these Terms.

2. Services
ELVIDA is a platform for organizing private administration (documents, deadlines, contracts). The basic version ("Free") is free of charge. The paid "ELVIDA Assist" subscription includes additional features such as reminders and a deadline overview. The current scope of features is described at elvida.app/preise. We continuously develop ELVIDA; individual features may change.
3. Account and registration
An account is required for use. You agree to provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. One account per person is intended. You must be at least 16 years old.
4. Prices and payment
The basic version is free. ELVIDA Assist costs CHF 12.90 per month or CHF 129.00 per year (including any VAT). Payment is made in advance via the offered payment methods. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from the next billing period. In case of a price increase, you may cancel the subscription effective at the end of the current period.
5. Term and cancellation
The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period (month or year) unless cancelled before expiry. Cancellation is possible at any time effective at the end of the current billing period in the account settings. After cancellation, the basic version remains available. You can delete your account completely at any time.
6. Your data
Your documents and data belong to you. We store them exclusively on servers in Switzerland and use them only to provide our services. You can export your documents at any time. Details on data processing can be found in our privacy policy (elvida.app/datenschutz).
7. User obligations
You agree to use ELVIDA only for lawful purposes and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights or is unlawful. In case of misuse, we may suspend or terminate the account.
8. Availability and support
We strive for high availability of the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows are announced where possible. Support is provided via email (info@elvida.app) and the help center.
9. AI-powered features
ELVIDA uses AI to analyze and categorize documents and detect indications (e.g. deadlines). These results are aids and do not constitute legal, tax or financial advice. Always verify important information (especially deadlines and amounts) yourself.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from unlawful intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for slight negligence, indirect damages, lost profits and data loss that could have been avoided by reasonable own backups (e.g. export).
11. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you do not object before they take effect, the new Terms are deemed accepted; if you object, you may close your account.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted by law – the registered office of C. Camenzind GmbH. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction remains reserved.
